PERANCANGAN DATABASE SISTEM INFORMASI KOPERASI MENGGUNAKAN ERD

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi koperasi berbasis EntityRelationship Diagram (ERD) guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan pengelolaan data.
Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan data anggota, simpanan, pinjaman, transaksi, dan
laporan keuangan dalam satu platform yang terstruktur dan mudah digunakan. Perancangan ERD
mencakup identifikasi entitas, atribut, dan relasi yang diperlukan untuk mendukung operasional
koperasi secara optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ERD yang
diimplementasikan dengan SQL Server berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional koperasi,
menjaga integritas data, serta mempermudah pelaporan dan analisis informasi. Dengan sistem
yang dirancang, koperasi dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kualitas layanan
kepada anggota.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to design a cooperative information system based on an Entity-Relationship
Diagram (ERD) to enhance data management efficiency and accuracy. The system is designed to
integrate member data, savings, loans, transactions, and financial reports into a structured and
user-friendly platform. The ERD design includes the identification of entities, attributes, and
relationships needed to optimally support cooperative operations. The results of this study indicate
that the implementation of the ERD using SQL Server successfully improves cooperative operational
efficiency, maintains data integrity, and simplifies reporting and information analysis. With this
system, cooperatives can enhance transparency, accountability, and service quality for their
members.
