Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem Business Intelligence (BI) di toko sepatu melalui visualisasi data menggunakan Microsoft Power BI guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Dengan memanfaatkan data penjualan, inventori, dan perilaku pelanggan, penelitian ini mengembangkan dashboard interaktif yang memungkinkan analisis real-time terhadap performa bisnis. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Design Science Research dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, cleaning, modeling, dan visualisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Power BI mampu meningkatkan efisiensi analisis data hingga 65% dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dashboard yang dikembangkan mencakup analisis penjualan per kategori produk, tren musiman, performa karyawan, dan analisis customer lifetime value. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi industri retail sepatu dalam mengoptimalkan strategi bisnis berbasis data.
