Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa Terhadap Fasilitas Pembelajaran di Lingkungan Kampus II Universitas Islam Indragiri

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with learning facilities at Universitas Islam Indragiri. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data were collected through the distribution of a Likert scale questionnaire (1–5) consisting of 15 statement items to 70 students from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Class of 2024, as the research respondents. The validity test results showed that all questionnaire items were valid, with calculated correlation coefficients (r-count) ranging from 0.633 to 0.840, which were higher than the r-table value of 0.235. The reliability test produced a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.949, indicating that the instrument was highly reliable. The descriptive analysis revealed that the overall level of student satisfaction was categorized as Moderately Satisfied, with a mean score of 3.2. A total of 12 out of 15 indicators (80%) were classified as Moderately Satisfied, while the remaining three indicators (P5, P9, and P13) were categorized as Satisfied. The highest mean score was obtained by indicator P9 (3.90), whereas the lowest mean score was recorded for indicator P6 (2.66). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the available learning facilities have adequately met students' needs; however, several aspects still require improvement to achieve a higher level of student satisfaction.
