Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pengunjung terhadap Kenyamanan dan Daya Tarik Wisata Parit Dua Satu

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors that plays an important role in improving the quality of public recreation while also supporting regional economic development. Visitor satisfaction is one of the indicators that can be used to assess the quality of a tourist destination, particularly in terms of its comfort and attractiveness. This study aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with the comfort and attractiveness of Parit Dua Satu Tourism Destination in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research employed a quantitative method using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors who had previously visited Parit Dua Satu Tourism Destination. Data were collected online through Google Forms distributed via WhatsApp and directly through the researcher's mobile phone. The study involved 50 respondents. The data were analyzed descriptively based on the respondents' answers to each questionnaire item. The results indicate that most respondents gave positive evaluations regarding the accessibility of the tourist destination, the beauty of the scenery, the availability of photo spots, and the local culinary products offered by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, supporting facilities such as cleanliness, trash bins, toilets, and lighting still need improvement to enhance overall visitor satisfaction. Therefore, Parit Dua Satu Tourism Destination has strong potential as a tourist attraction, but improvements in supporting facilities are necessary to further increase visitor satisfaction
